Healing Through
Touch Integrating my extensive training, with a multitude of bodywork
and massage modalities within the framework of each session, I focus on
bringing you to a state of relaxation while working towards helping you
to release built up stresses and to sooth any irritated and tense
muscles of your body. I can help you find your state of well-being. Through increasing circulation of your energy flow and body fluids, massage helps to remove toxins. Toxins from our environment and as a by-product from muscular movement accumulate within the body in the same way that debris builds up along a slow moving brook. Like a spring rain, an Intuitive Relaxing and Therapeutic Massage, helps to flush out the built up debris. As a brook, has a decreased amount of debris blocking the flow of water the brook is then able to flow with ease. When your body can start to be rid of these toxins, you will find youthful ease in activities once again. |
Your spirit is lifted like a feather in the summer breeze. The spiritual energy will flow throughout your body, with a decrease of energy blocks. This shall bring about a cleared sense of self and an increased state of well-being. Emotional, Spiritual, and Mental blocks cleared through an invigorating and relaxing therapeutic intuitive massage session. |

Massage is Prevention Massage helps to maintain and improve muscle tone through increasing the release of lactic acids that otherwise can lay stagnant and crystallize in your muscles. Thus, your muscles maintain a healthy elasticity with regular massages. Massage also can help to reduce cellulite build up and will help to keep your skin soft and hydrated. Prevention is Massage |
| Life demands much from us. Placing the body in stressful situations on a continual basis. Making it hard for the body to rejuvenate and heal itself. It is said that for every hour of work it takes an hour of rest for the body to recoup. On top of the day-to-day stresses, our bodies are forced to deal with increased amounts of pollution. The toxins build up in the body and it is difficult for the muscles to release these toxins. The toxins weaken the immune system and lower the body’s energy level. Massage helps the body rid itself of these toxins and in-turn increases energy levels and decreases the chances of becoming ill. |
|
Massage is Relaxation Stimulating the healing energies within the body. Helping to cleanse the body of built up toxins that can reside within the muscles and organs. Releasing stagnant energy. It is about bringing peace within each moment. Stimulating the flow of life juices. Massage is about slowing down and enjoying the process. Relaxation is Massage |

| Mark Raymond, Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), since
1996. Graduate with honors from the Myotherapy College of Utah {M.I.R.C.}
(Salt Lake City, UT) October 1996. A practicing bodyworker since 1988 and massage therapist professional since 1996. I have a practicable and theoretical foundation in a number of therapeutic massage and bodywork modalities. I believe strongly in the concept of The Triad of Health, a concept of working with the whole person when given a massage (The Body, Mind & Spirit): Specializing with integration of various therapeutic modalities with each massage to help bring back that sense of well-being within each client. |
I have been trained in and include with my practice the following modalities: Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Acutherapy, Body-wraps, Executive Mini-Massage, Facial Massage, Infant and Pediatric Massage, Pregnancy and Geriatric Massage, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Spinal Touch Treatment, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Touch For Health, Tuina and Nutrition. I am a strong believer in the benefits of meditation, stretching, massage, and a balanced lifestyle. Each Session is unique. I focus on giving you the massage you are seeking. A massage can be both therapeutic and relaxing. The goal I try to reach with each massage is for you to walk away from the session feeling that you have the massage you desire. Refreshed, renewed, and feeling as you have just returned from a week long relaxing vacation. |
