 #1 (Please Note some insurance does pay for therapeutic massage for some health issues.  I must charge the full rate if you are seeking insurance reimbursement due to the extra time needed to complete paperwork.  Also, your doctor needs to prescribe massage therapy as a means for recovery in order for many insurance companies to reimburse you for the therapeutic massage sessions)
